Stretch and Tone Session 3
with Judith Stark

(running for 6+ years)-This course is a low-impact, full-body workout to help tone muscles, increase range of motion, mobility and flexibility and help reduce stress. You will move through a series of stretching and toning exercises that will elongate and strengthen muscles. No experience is necessary. Bring a mat for floorwork and light hand-held weights or 2 filled up water bottles to use during the toning section.
Portland Museum and Victorian Mansion Trip

Trip to the Portland Museum Of Art and then onto Victorian Mansion for a tour and then lunch. During the holiday season, many of our community’s florists, designers, artists, and fellow non-profit organizations use the backdrop of the Mansion’s interior design to create unique decorations that emulate Victorian-era splendor. . The cost of the trip includes entry to the museum, mansion and lunch the price is $52.00 per person, and the trip is limited to 07 people.
