Learn and practice a variety of techniques and approaches  specific to watercolor painting. Whether a beginner or experienced, enjoy a relaxing and supportive environment to  paint from references, still life objects and observation. You  will receive feedback and see what others are working on.  Bring ideas for projects to class for instruction tailored to  your needs, or participate in guided exercises to gain a deeper  understanding of this medium. Part 1: Resilience in Challenging Times

Workplace stress is unavoidable. The key to handling stress is not to avoid it, but to find methods to work with it without losing resolve. This course gives participants the tools to identify workplace stressors, end self-deprecating talk, build communicative workplace structures, and calmly deal with change.

Part 2: Challenging Negative Attitudes/Emotions at Work Take Control of Pessimistic Perspectives and Stressful Situations. Learn to adjust your own attitude, handle negative situations and people, compare pessimism and optimism, cope with negativity from change and challenge negative organizational norms.

Part 3: Navigating Difficult Conversations

Difficult workplace conversations are inevitable and stressful. While you can’t avoid them, you can learn how to handle them more effectively. Developing the ability to handle these challenges will result in reduced stress, increased confidence, improved relationships, increased trust, better teamwork, higher productivity, and better career opportunities.

Sturbridge Village Trip

A trip to Sturbridge Village is a step back in time to 1790's through 1830.   This is the largest living museum in New England.    The village was established in 1946.   The village is made up of 200 acres and there is 40 original buildings to tour.   We will be having lunch in the tavern before returning to Wells.  The trip departs at 8:00a.m. and returns by 4:30p.m.  Cost of the trip is $72.00. We are limited to 7 guests for this trip.

This intermediate class will explore the vast variety of yoga poses based in Anusara yoga. Anusara is a modern form  of Hatha yoga that is heart-focused and alignment-based.  Hatha yoga means the yoga of force. Please bring a mat,  block, strap and blanket to class.

Come learn how to decorate sugar cookies with me! Because of the demand and popularity of the decorated sugar cookies I have decided to teach a beginners class on how to decorate. I will provide 6 cookies and royal icing for decorating. Each month will have a different theme that I have preplanned. This is a beginners class so everyone is welcome! Instructor: Casey Marsh - Casey fell in love with baking years ago while baking annual Christmas cookies with her mother and grandmother.  She has always been a creative and artistic person (who also  LOVES to feed people) so it only made sense that she start a business doing just that! She is a fully licensed home baker. She completed the baking and pastry associates program at York County Community College, but the majority of her skills are self taught.

Stretch and Tone Session 2

(running for 7+ years)-This course is a low-impact, full-body workout to help tone muscles, increase range of motion, mobility and flexibility and help reduce stress.  You will move through a series of stretching and toning exercises that will elongate and strengthen muscles.  No experience is necessary.  Bring a mat for floorwork and light hand-held weights or 2 filled up water bottles to use during the toning section.
