Stretch and Tone Session 1

Has it been awhile since you have exercised? If the answer is yes, then this class is for you. This low-impact, easy-to-follow exercise class uses light weights to strengthen and tone your muscles. In the process, you will strengthen your bones. We will also concentrate on balance moves, as this is very important for stability and overall health. Instead of crunches, we will focus on core strength moves. Exercises will help you increase flexibility in arms, legs and lower back. Have fun and leave feeling more energized! Wear comfortable clothing, sneakers, and bring an optional mat or towel. INSTRUCTOR: Judy Stark has been a Certified Group Fitness Instructor in numerous formats for 15+ years.
