Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a safe and easy system to learn. In this beginner course, learn the basic core movements (forms), which are designed to relieve arthritis pain, reduce falls and improve quality of life. This program is approved by many organizations including the Arthritis Foundation. Learn a fun way to gain mental and physical balance and relaxation. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and smooth-bottom shoes suitable for exercise. Beginners 55+. INSTRUCTOR: Dennis Fallo is a certified instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute founded by Dr. Paul Lam. He is an avid Tai Chi practioner and teaches at area adult education programs and recreation departments.
