Yoga Nidra literally means “yogic sleep”. This ancient technique uses guided meditations to bring you into deep states of conscious relaxation. Yoga Nidra is an effective method for relieving stress; easing anxiety. It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world; allowing the body and; mind to restore, rest, heal deeply. Yoga Nidra is done lying down in stillness while the instructor guides you. Please arrive on ZOOM with a yoga mat, chair, water bottle, comfortable clothing, pillow, and blanket for a restorative experience you will delight in. CLASS WILL BE VIA ZOOM
