Yoga All Levels

Class has begun

Connect with your body and mind and spirit; yoga is the art of listening to all parts of your highest self. Join others for Hatha yoga postures linked with the breath and experience the powerful effect on all body systems. Reduce stress, stay flexible, and wind down from the day’s activity. Please bring a yoga mat. Recommended props include blanket, blocks, bolster, and strap

Instructor Bio: I have three Bachelor degrees—Secondary Education (English), Nursing and Metaphysics.  My teaching experience includes elementary, secondary, and university levels. My nursing career included Process Improvement and Clinical Operations consulting with a national proprietary home health corporation. And I transitioned to remote Utilization Management collaboration with hospital treatment teams specializing in regulatory standards. My transition to wellness practice education has afforded me a healthy lifestyle as well as an entrepreneurial opportunity outside of healthcare.
