RAD SELF-DEFENSE RAD (Rape Aggression Defense) System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. Designed by police officers and safety experts, RAD uses a woman’s natural strengths effectively against an attacker’s vulnerabilities. The training is physically demanding. Nationally certified RAD instructors teach every class. Each participant will get a workbook and reference manual outlining the entire defense program. This manual is the key to a free lifetime return and practice policy for completing the program. You will attend four 3-hour sessions. The fourth class is a simulation that is optional but highly recommended. INSTRUCTORS are members of the Wells Police Department including Officer Stephanine Morini and Sergeant Adam Shaw. They are all nationally trained and certified to teach the RAD System. MON+WED FEB 24 + 26 MON MAR 3 + 10 5:00 to 8:00 PM
