This intermediate class will explore the vast variety of yoga poses based in Anusara yoga. Anusara is a modern form  of Hatha yoga that is heart-focused and alignment-based.  Hatha yoga means the yoga of force. Please bring a mat,  block, strap and blanket to class.

You will learn how to take a photograph by understanding  and practicing the controls of your camera. Learn composition and design and then download and edit your photos making them ready for distribution. Please bring your  camera, manual and full battery. 

INSTRUCTOR: Geri Lynn Smith is an award winning photographer shoot ing in the New England area. She shares her knowledge from personal  experience through practical application and entertaining anecdotes.

WATERCOLOR S2 Intermediate

Whether a beginner or experienced, enjoy a relaxing and supportive environment to  paint from references, still life objects and observation. You  will receive feedback and see what others are working on.  Bring ideas for projects to class for instruction tailored to  your needs, or participate in guided exercises to gain a deeper  understanding of this medium. You may bring your own  supplies, if you prefer to purchase your own supplies, please  request a materials list at registration.

It was designed to help folks recover from stress, tiredness, injury, surgical procedures, and stroke, while improving balance, focus, and coordination. Self-management is the most empowering way to take control of your health and wellness. This rehabilitation program is a great start!

Loose, comfortable clothing and flat-bottom shoes suitable for exercise are recommended.

You can learn this program seated or standing.

Part 2: Challenging Negative Attitudes/Emotions at Work Take Control of Pessimistic Perspectives and Stressful Situations. Learn to adjust your own attitude, handle negative situations and people, compare pessimism and optimism, cope with negativity from change and challenge negative organizational norms.

Part 3: Navigating Difficult Conversations

Difficult workplace conversations are inevitable and stressful. While you can’t avoid them, you can learn how to handle them more effectively. Robin's Zumba® classes have been running strong for over 13 years through the Wells Ogunquit Adult Ed. Zumba® is dance exercise for people who don't consider themselves dancers but love to dance. The hour flies by and you will get a great workout. Robin uses fun, high energy music and the moves are basic and repeated enough times so that you really know them. Plus one of the best things about Zumba® is the emphasis on modifying the moves to make them your own.  Questions about the class? Sturbridge Village Trip

A trip to Sturbridge Village is a step back in time to 1790's through 1830.   This is the largest living museum in New England.    The village was established in 1946.   The village is made up of 200 acres and there is 40 original buildings to tour.   We will be having lunch in the tavern before returning to Wells.  The trip departs at 8:00a.m. and returns by 4:30p.m.  Cost of the trip is $72.00. We are limited to 7 guests for this trip.
