Prepare to take the U.S. Citizenship exam. Subjects include U.S. history and government, reading, writing and the vocabulary necessary to pass the exam. Instructor Kimberly Crook has a Masters in Applied Linguistics and taught adults in Boston for 14 years in a variety of settings. She is certified to teach ESL in Maine and had taught K-12 here.

The moves are easy to follow and set to fun, high-energy Latin and international music. No dance experience necessary! This is truly fun exercise that doesn't feel like exercise. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers with good support but not a lot of tread. Don't forget your water! Has it been awhile since you have exercised? If the answer is yes, then this class is for you. This low-impact, easy-to-follow exercise class uses light weights to strengthen and tone your muscles. In the process, you will strengthen your bones. We will also concentrate on balance moves, as this is very important for stability and overall health. Instead of crunches, we will focus on core strength moves. Exercises will help you increase flexibility in arms, legs, and lower back. Have fun and leave feeling more energized. Wear comfortable clothing, sneakers, and bring an optional mat or towel.

Instructor: Judy Stark has been a Certified Group Fitness Instructor in numerous formats for 15+ years.

This class is a continuation of Sun Style Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention. You will build onto the beginners program and experience the "Extension Movements" on both sides. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing, along with lightweight flat bottom shoes.

INSTRUCTOR: Dennis Fallo is a certified instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute founded by Dr. Paul Lam. He is an avid Tai Chi practioner and teaches at area adult education programs and recreation departments.

We will have a strong emphasis on connection to breath. Bring a mat, block, strap and a small, firm pillow to class. INSTRUCTOR: Leslie Fiore is a certified Anusara yoga teacher. She has worked with many of the top yoga teachers in the country. Leslie believes it’s not a complete class without a few hip-opening poses and a good laugh.

Robin's Zumba® classes have been running strong for over 6 years. Zumba is dance exercise for people who don't consider themselves dancers, but love to dance. The moves are easy to follow and set to fun, high-energy Latin and international music with an occasional top 40, oldie or country song. The hour flies by and you will get a great workout. Dress in comfortable workout clothes and sneakers with good support, but not a lot of tread. Don't forget your water. Register for Monday and Wednesday at the same time for discounted prices.
