Belly Dancing Session 2

Strengthen your core, improve your flexibility, shake and shimmy off inches while moving to the beautiful mysterious melodies of the Old World. As a means of self-expression, this ancient art inspires grace, poise and confidence and boosts self-esteem. Wear comfortable clothing such as a tank top and capri pants. Hip scarves are optional, but useful and fun. INSTRUCTOR: Lew-Ann Leen attended Dance Teacher Training School at Kent State. The moves are easy to follow and set to fun, high energy Latin and international music with an occasional top 40, oldie or country song. The hour flies by and you will get a great workout. Dress in comfortable workout clothes and sneakers with good support but not a lot of tread. Don't forget your water. no class on May 28 (S3)
