This intermediate class will explore the vast variety of yoga poses based in Anusara yoga. Anusara is a modern form  of Hatha yoga that is heart-focused and alignment-based.  Hatha yoga means the yoga of force. Please bring a mat,  block, strap and blanket to class.

If you are a regular visitor to Pinterest, I am sure you have seen “one sheet wonders”. Dimensions for how to cut the 12 x 12 sheet of card stock are illustrated, but have you wondered how you put together the cards once the card stock is cut? Instructions for how to make ten cards from one sheet of decorated card stock will be given and materials to make three of those cards will be provided. You will go home with the remainder of the cut-up sheet to fi nish making the other seven cards. INSTRUCTOR: Faith Garnett has been teaching card making for more than 10 years and sells her cards online and at craft fairs.

Trip To The Portsmouth Navy Yard

This trip leaves Wells High school on Mar 19 at 10 am we will have a guided tour of the Navy Yard along with the Heritage Museum that has a gallery focusing on shipping history from sail to steam ships and a history of World War 1 and World War 2. This will be a 90-minute tour with lunch to follow. We will be returning to Wells High School by 2 pm. The cost of the trip includes entry to the Museum and lunch.
