Paper Quilling looks intricate and complicated, but it is surprisingly simple. It's easy to learn and fun to see assembled shapes result in finished designs! In this class you will learn the art of rolling and scrolling pre-cut strips of quilling paper with a quilling tool, start a reference card of shapes and complete your first project.

1/8” Quilling paper (multicolor package)

3/16" slotted quilling tool ( beginner tool)
