In this  engaging workshop, you’ll learn simple correction techniques for common postural  imbalances, including Upper Cross Syndrome (tight chest, weak upper back) and Lower Cross  Syndrome (hip tightness, weak lower back). By focusing on breathing and alignment, you’ll feel  taller, stronger, and more energized. This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their  posture and vitality.
