Have you ever been intimidated by watercolor? Would you like to make watercolor cards? In this class, you will learn three tech- niques or watercolor cards using rubber stamps: with ink, with markers, and watercolor pencils. All materials will be provided to make two cards and a postcard. INSTRUCTORS: Faith Garnett has been teaching card making for more than 10 years and sells her cards online and at art craft fairs.
