This intermediate class will explore the vast variety of yoga poses based in Anusara yoga. Anusara is a modern form  of Hatha yoga that is heart-focused and alignment-based.  Hatha yoga means the yoga of force. Please bring a mat,  block, strap and blanket to class.

The hour flies by and you will get a great workout. Robin uses fun, high energy music and the moves are basic and repeated enough times so that you really know them. This trip is a combo, We start off at the Museum of Art where we will pick up a bus to take us to the Winslow Homer Art Studio we leave for Prouts Neck from the Museum at 10:30 and return to the Portland Museum of Art, where you will have time to enjoy the museum and lunch in the cafe if you wish, we return to Wells by 3:30.  This trip is very limited as we must use the museum's bus and only 8 people to the bus make your reservation early.

In this class, you will make a Halloween waterfall card, a harvest box card and a Thanksgiving easel card.  All materials and instructions will be provided.

Learn and practice a variety of techniques and approaches  specific to watercolor painting. Whether a beginner or experienced, enjoy a relaxing and supportive environment to  paint from references, still life objects and observation. You  will receive feedback and see what others are working on.  Bring ideas for projects to class for instruction tailored to  your needs, or participate in guided exercises to gain a deeper  understanding of this medium. You may bring your own  supplies, if you prefer to purchase your own supplies, please  request a materials list at registration.

Come learn how to decorate sugar cookies with me! Because of the demand and popularity of the decorated sugar cookies I have decided to teach a beginners class on how to decorate. I will provide 6 cookies and royal icing for decorating. Each month will have a different theme that I have preplanned. Instructor: Casey Marsh - Casey fell in love with baking years ago while baking annual Christmas cookies with her mother and grandmother.  She has always been a creative and artistic person (who also  LOVES to feed people) so it only made sense that she start a business doing just that! She is a fully licensed home baker. She completed the baking and pastry associates program at York County Community College, but the majority of her skills are self taught.

"I’m Listening: A Communications Workshop" aims to enhance communication through engaging activities and discussions. It includes lectures, media, and interactive exercises on effective communication, feedback, active listening, and create a social contract with another attendee to practice and follow-up on the lessons learned.
