Stretch & Tone S2 Wednesdays

Contributing factors are long periods of sitting which lock hips tight. We begin with simple stretches and breathwork for deep relaxation and progress as mobility increases. Moose Safari Adventure

For those who live in Maine and never got to experience up close and personal with a moose this is your chance. We leave Wells High School and before we head up Maine, we will be going to the Maine Coastal Botanical Gardens in Boothby. This is the last week in May and the gardens will be in bloom. Our next stop will be Moose lodge where you will have a lovely dinner and hit the bed early as the tour leaves at 5:00 a.m. (No that is not a misprint) it is a 4 hour tour watching the moose. We head back to the lodge to collect our things and out to breakfast then we will be heading back home we will stop for lunch. The price of the trip is $425.00 per person double occupancy. Ogunquit Museum of American Art

Come visit the iconic Ogunquit Museum of American Art! Opened in 1953, this gem of an art museum is a hidden treasure on Shore Road. The museum boasts five art galleries, three acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with sculptures and an unrivaled view of Narrow Cove and the Atlantic Ocean. We will leave Wells High School at 9:45 and return at 11:45. No lunch is included in price, however the group will have an opportunity to dine together at their own expense. Portland Seadogs Game & Buffet

Let our Adult Ed program make the arrangements for the tickets, transportation, food (all you can eat) and parking, so you can enjoy a baseball game watching the future stars of the Boston Red Sox. Seats are in the Gifford’s Home Maine Ice Cream pavilion located in right-field. Modeled after the iconic “Monster Seats” at Fenway Park, the Pavilion offers some of the most unique seats in Minor League Baseball. The Portland Sea Dogs are the double-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. The Sea Dogs will be playing the Hartford Yard Goats (Colorado Rockies affiliate) with a start time of 6:00. Maine Driving Dynamics
