This class has anadded benefit of gentle stretches and strengthening exercises torestore balance to hips and lower back. It will include the use oflight hand-held weights. Unique Birthday Cards

Birthdays should be special but these cards don't require any special equipment. Students will create three birthday cards using three different folds: a trifold, a center locking card and a step card. All materials will be included along with complete instructions for making similar cards in the future.
