INSTRUCTOR: Sergei Slussky is the member of US chapter of Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance and the owner of Aquarius Ballroom Dance Studios (ABDS) and Aquarius Happiness Social Club (AHSC). ABDS and AHSC are part of Aquarius New Age Playground, a conglomerate of health and wellness services, designed to lead Humankind to eternal youth and, ultimately, to physical and spiritual immortality. Level 1 Pilates

Join others who have recently begun their Pilates journey and want to learn more about this complete and refreshing body conditioning method designed by Joseph Pilates. Brief review of recommended warm up exercises and suggested modifications for spinal support if the powerhouse muscle strength is still improving. We will continue with standing and mat level movement to strengthen the powerhouse, improve posture, muscle coordination and flexibility. A variety of exercises will be introduced to continue challenging the abdominal and spinal muscles as well as improving circulation through correct breathing.
Instructor Bio: I have three Bachelor degrees—Secondary Education (English), Nursing and Metaphysics. My teaching experience includes elementary, secondary, and university levels. My nursing career included Process Improvement and Clinical Operations consulting with a national proprietary home health corporation. And I transitioned to remote Utilization Management collaboration with hospital treatment teams specializing in regulatory standards. My transition to wellness practice education has afforded me a healthy lifestyle as well as an entrepreneurial opportunity outside of healthcare.

Drawing Basics S2

This course is appropriate for beginners through experienced students. Learn drawing basics such as the use of value to create form, perspective, composition, and drawing from life and imagination. The instructor will individualize instruction to meet the needs of each student. Please bring the following materials to class: 8X10 (or larger) drawing pad with a spiral binding, HB or #2 pencil, Willow medium charcoal, kneaded eraser, and a handheld pencil sharpener.
