ATV/SNOWMOBILE SAFETY

Participation in an ATV and snowmobile education course will teach how to properly operate and maintain an ATV and snowmobile. Laws, responsibilities, and personal safety will also be covered. Passage of final exams is required. You must attend the whole class in order to receive your certificates. Students under 16 yrs of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The art of sending and receiving greeting cards can be traced back to notes of goodwill celebrating the Chinese New Year. For many it is still a pleasure to send and receive cards, but handmade cards make it all the more special. Peabody Essex Museum and Hawthorne Inn

Come join us to visit and see the new three floor addition to the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem Massachusetts. We will start with a private tour. After the tour, you will be able to enjoy the museum on your own. We will finish the museum visit at 12:30. We will have lunch (which is included in the price) at the historical Hawthorne Inn with a choice of one of four menu selections. We will return to Wells High School approximately at 4:00.Limit of 7 people.
Sushi Made Simple

Sushi may seem mysterious and exotic, but making great sushi at home is something anyone can do. Join this fun, hands-on adventure into the art of sushi rolling. You will choose from a wide assortment of sushi fillings, customizing your own rolls to eat during class. Miso soup and a dessert, both made with sea vegetables, will also be served. Everyone will receive a complimentary bamboo mat. No raw fish is used. This class is vegan-friendly. Please bring a cutting board, sharp, non-serrated knife, large bowl and a cotton dish towel. Cost includes all food.

I will provide 6 cookies and royal icing for decorating. Each month will have a different theme that I have preplanned. Instructor: Casey Marsh - Casey fell in love with baking years ago while baking annual Christmas cookies with her mother and grandmother. She has always been a creative and artistic person (who also LOVES to feed people) so it only made sense that she start a business doing just that! She is a fully licensed home baker. She completed the baking and pastry associates program at York County Community College, but the majority of her skills are self taught.
